How to Order & Personalisation

1. Enter the full list of guest names in the personalisation box — double check spelling, punctuation, and casing (engraving is as provided).

2. Use commas to separate names.

3. “Any Quantity” means you can order single pieces up to large orders. For bulk requests (100+), please allow additional production time and possible extra postage.

Shipping & Lead Time

• Handmade to order. Usual processing time: 7–10 working days.

• If you need them faster (for a date/event), contact us and we may offer rush options.

• UK delivery typically takes 2–3 working days once shipped.

• International shipping: calculated at checkout. Additional time possible depending on location.

FAQ

• Will spelling or font errors be corrected? — We engrave exactly what is entered. We may send a proof on request.

• Can you engrave both sides? — Currently engraving is on one side only. But contact us if you wish to discuss both sides engraved.

• Are the table names weatherproof? — They are natural slate, but better suited for indoor use or sheltered outdoor areas (not ongoing exposure to rain).

• What if I need them by a specific date? — Please order in advance; we’ll always aim to meet event deadlines but contact us with your event date to confirm.
